Cases Backlog 2016

The backlock of cases still grew over the course of 2016.
Since the gap between closed cases and newly open cases was never closed, the backlog grew in the first half of 2016.

Cases by Investigator

Even though we don't know anything about the staff responsible for the cases we do know their names.
And it seems as if Joyce Parani had the highest workload and backlog of issues. Again, we don't know why that is the case but it is an interesting observation and more research would be needed to make any assumptions.
